The laboratory at the Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic performs a large range of tests, averaging approximately 1,000,000 tests annually. Tests are performed by personnel that are CLIA-certified for high complexity laboratory testing.
The laboratory adheres to strict testing standards. It is certified by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) through the Department of Health and Human Services. The lab was awarded the COLA Laboratory Excellence in April 2017. The COLA award signifies our laboratory's commitment to performing quality patient testing and overall laboratory practices. Press Release: The Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic Laboratory has met all criteria of Laboratory Accreditation by COLA, a national healthcare accreditation organization. Accreditation is given only to laboratories that apply rigid standards of quality in day-to-day operations, demonstrate continued accuracy in the performance of proficiency testing, and pass a rigorous on-site laboratory survey. The LRDC laboratory has earned COLA accreditation because of a long-term commitment to provide quality service to its patients.
